No ano de 2005 a grandiosa Brutal Attack nos apresentou Thunder and Lightning, um álbum celebrando os 25 anos de estrada da banda. Após este, vieram outros trabalhos com a B.A., além de diversos projetos solo ou em parceria com outros músicos de talento inquestionável. Prestes a completar gloriosos 30 anos de carreira, Mr. Ken McLellan nos presenteia agora com o excelente CD The Real Deal. Um álbum puramente skinhead rock’n’roll, cuja qualidade mantém Ken e sua banda com o status de uma dos melhores grupos R.A.C. de todos os tempos. Músicas com guitarras bem tocadas e riffs típicos de bandas hard rock dos anos 70 e 80, e também slide guitar completamente influenciada por Rose Tattoo fazem deste, um dos álbuns mais profissionais já lançados pela Brutal Attack. É importante dizer que cada álbum na discografia da banda é um caso à parte, com identidade própria, mas tecnicamente, este é um dos melhores. O encarte de 12 páginas contém letras e fotos. In 2005 the great Brutal Attack had introduced us Thunder and Lightning, a record celebrating 25 years on the road. After this one, a lot of B.A. albums were released, as well as several solo and band-projects always formed by talented musicians. About to complete 30 years of glorious career, Mr. Ken McLellan gives us the excellent The Real Deal CD. A pure skinhead rock’n’roll album, whose quality keeps Ken and his group as one of the best R.A.C. bands ever existed. This album features very well-played guitars riffing like the great 70’s and 80’s hard rock bands and also has a slide guitar sounding like Rose Tattoo. It’s one of the most professional B.A. recordings… Important to mention that every Brutal Attack album has its own essence, but technically, The Real Deal is one of the best! The 12-pages booklet comes with lyrics and pictures. Definitely a brilliant album!
